Recommended use

Enter the characters or symbols that you want to use to identify attendance in the cells to the right of the attendance types as in this example.

Enter the same characters or symbols into the cells directly under the STUDENT TOTALS header.

When calling the attendance register for a class, mark each cell for the day and student with the relevant character or symbol.

To the right of each monthly student record (the row for a student) under the STUDENT TOTALS header, the total number of classes that a student is Present, Late, Absent or Excused can be entered.

At the bottom of each daily record (the column for a day) to the right of the DAILY TOTALS header, the total number of students that are Present, Late, Absent or Excused for a class can be entered.

The layout of the attendance calendar greatly assists statistical analysis of monthly attendance figures.
